Archbishop Cordileone asks all the faithful of the Archdiocese to contact their state Assembly representative to voice their opposition to SB360, proposed legislation that threatens the confidentiality of the Sacrament of Penance and Reconciliation. PENTECOST...It’s Our Birthday! The feast of Pentecost is often referred to as the birthday of the Church.  Pentecost is when the apostles went out among the people and began spreading Jesus’ message, thus  establishing the beginning of the Church.
