We are seeking volunteers for our annual St. Luke Labor of Love Community Cleanup Day on June 16th (Saturday) from 10:00AM – 3:00PM. We need all your help to give our St. Luke facilities – the Church, Chapel, Community Center, gardens and property a sparkling spring cleaning!
If interested, please sign up to work either indoors or outdoors.
The indoor team will clean the pews, woodwork, windows, and dust the rafters (you might have noticed those cobwebs!) The outdoor team will focus on clearing away debris, raking, planting, trimming, weeding, window washing, etc. With many pitching in, it should go quickly. Bosco Ho is heading the outdoor effort and Regina Carbon is heading the indoor work.
If you’d like to volunteer, we ask for a minimum of two hours during the day. To sign up, please:
- Send your name, phone number and email address, plus the time and number of hours you can offer, to stlukefc@gmail.com or
- Add your name and information to the sign-up sheet after the weekend Masses in the Community Center.
Bring a pair of work gloves for your use; and, if you have a bucket or pail to lend, bring it as well!
Snacks and drinks will be served.
