November: All Souls Month

Posted on October 24, 2020 in: General News

All Souls envelopes are now available in the community center. The completed forms will be placed at the foot of the altar and your departed loved ones will be remembered on All Saints' Day, All Souls' Day and all Monday Masses in November.

You can mail in the names of your deceased loved ones if you cannot come to Church.  Or you can email saintlukefc@gmail.com.

“From the beginning the Church has honored the memory of the dead and offered prayers in suffrage for them, above all the Eucharistic Sacrifice, so that, thus purified, they may attain the beatific vision of God”(CCC#1032).

“We have loved them during life; let us not abandon them in death,

until we have conducted them by our prayers

into the house of the Lord.”

~ St. Ambrose
